BRIEF ITINERARY:
Night 1: Hanoi - Laocai - Overnight on the train in soft
sleeper A/C cabin.
Day 1: Lao Cai – Laochai - Tavan villages

Night 2: Overnight at local family in Tavan village
Day 2: Tavan - Giang Ta Chai villages –
Sapa - Night train to Hanoi (B/L)
Night 3: Overnight on the train in soft sleeper A/C cabin.

DETAIL
ITINERARY:
Night 1: Hanoi – Night train to Lao Cai/Sapa
Take your own transfer from your hotel to the Hanoi train
station in Tran Quy Cap street. 8.30pm: Get on
the the night train which leaves Hanoi at around 9.15pm.
Overnight on the train in soft sleeper A/C cabin.
Day 1: Lao Cai-Sapa – Laochai - Tavan villages - Homestay
(B/L/D)
Arrive at Lao Cai train station at about 6.00am. Meet the
local guide at the main entrance and take our private car
for the transfer to Sapa 35km away.
After breakfast at local restaurant, take a short drive to Laochai Village of
Black H’Mong minority, we trek through Muong Hoa Valley with
many beautiful sceneries to Tavan village home of Dzay
minority. Lunch in box, dinner and spend the night in local
house of Dzay minority.
Night 2:
Overnight at local Dzay family in Tavan village.
Day 2: Tavan – Giang Ta Chai village – Sapa – Night train
to Hanoi (B/L/D)
Wake up with the locals, up to the sound of pigs, chickens
and the family dog. The family is already on their feet
preparing for your breakfast. After breakfast, you say good
bye to the locals and trek though a bamboo forest to Giang
Ta Chai (home of Red Dao and H’Mong) meet and talk with
people to learn more about their daily life, customs and
traditional habits. Pass over the Cau May Bridge then car
pick up and drive back to Sapa Town. Have lunch at local
restaurant in Sa Pa Town. Fee time until departure to Lao
Cai train station at 16:30 pm. Get yourself fresh with a
shower in the hotel’s day room before transfer down to Lao
Cai Town. A short relax at restaurant be for leave to Lao
Cai Railway Station for the night train at around 21:20PM
back to Hanoi.
Night 3: Overnight on the train in soft sleeper A/C cabin.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
Day 3: Hanoi
Arrive in Hanoi early in the morning (around 04:30-05:00am).
Check out the cabin. The tour ends.
