DETAIL ITINERARY:

Day 1: Arrive Ho Chi Minh City (D)
Arrive in Ho Chi Minh where you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Tonight, we will go out for a welcome cruising dinner on Saigon River.

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City (B)
This morning, we tour through the maze of streets and experience the hustle and bustle of the city. In the afternoon, you will have free time to take your kids out for ice-cream and try some local food.

Day 3: Ho Chi Minh City - Vinh Long (B/L/D)
There is an early morning start today for the two-hour drive to the Mekong Delta. Upon arrival, we’ll board our boat for a cruise of one of the Delta's many tributaries. Our first stop will be at the Cai Be floating markets. After lunch, we’ll continue on the river but this time in smaller rowing boats. We will cruise to Vinh Long where we’ll be the guests of a local family for the night.

Day 4: Vinh Long - Ho Chi Minh City (B)
Rise early to the sounds of the Delta coming to life for another day. In the morning we’ll cruise to visit Vinh Long town and catch up with our vehicle for the drive to the town of My Tho. You will return back to Ho Chi Minh City at about 4pm and the rest of the day is free.

Day 5: Half day Cu Chi Tunnel visit (B)
Today, we’ll take a half day trip to Chu Chi tunnels. Beside a historical story, your children will have a chance to enjoy a small adventure in the tunnel system of Cu Chi. The afternoon is free or we can arrange a trip upon request. Tonight, we’ll board the overnight train to Nha Trang.

Day 6: Nha Trang (B/L)
Nha Trang is Vietnam’s premier beach resort city, after an early arrival we will have a full day boat cruise around the islands off the coast. There will be opportunities for swimming, snorkeling, diving or just relaxing on a deserted beach.

Day 7: Nha Trang – Hoi An (B)
Today, you will have a full day relaxing on the beach at Nha Trang before boarding the overnight train to Hoi An.

Day 8: Hoi An (B/L)
We enjoy our day with a half-day walking tour through the narrow, winding streets of the Ancient Quarter. We will have lunch at Blue Dragon restaurant, a children’s foundation that helps street kids. After lunch we will head out to Cua Dai beach for a relaxing afternoon.
 
Day 9: Hoi An (B)
For the parents Hoi An gives you a great chance to visit the tailor for nice express clothes made. For children there are many things to see and learn. The beach is wonderful and the friendly environment and people will entertain you. Today, you will enjoy a free day.

Day 10: Hoi An – Hue (135 km) (B)
Today we’ll drive north to the ancient capital of Hue. A stop will be made at the peak for a bird’s eye view over Danang city and Lang Co white sand beaches. Afternoon, we will enjoy an afternoon tour of the city.

Day 11: Hue – Fly to Hanoi (B/D)
This morning, we’ll have some free time in Hue before taking a midday flight to Hanoi, enjoying a half day city after checking in to the hotel. Tonight, we’ll watch the water puppet show and your kid can have a fun dinner with Pizza and French fries or try some local food in a Vietnamese restaurant.

Day 12: Hanoi cooking class and a relaxing day (B/L)
Today, your family can learn a special Vietnamese recipe! In the morning, we’ll gather at 9.00 am and join the chief from Highway 4 for a local market tour follow by an awesome cooking lesson and a good lunch at the restaurant. The afternoon is free time for shopping or further exploration of the city.

Day 13: Hanoi – Halong Bay (B/L/D)
After breakfast, we’ll s drive to Halong Bay (approx 3 hour drive). Upon arriving in Halong City, we’ll transfer to our private boat for a cruise of the crystalline emerald waters of Halong Bay, giving us the chance to take in the stunning scenery of this World Heritage Site. A scrumptuous fresh, local seafood lunch will be served on board followed by a swim or exploration of the cave! We will then find somewhere quiet to anchor for the night.

Day 14: Halong Bay - Hanoi (B/L/D)
Rise early for a sunrise swim and breakfast, followed by a kayaking adventure. By lunch, we’ll return to the main harbor and drive back to Hanoi. Tonight we’ll enjoy dinner followed by a performance of the famous Water Puppets.

Day 15: Trip concludes in Hanoi (B)
The morning is at leisure until you are transferred to the airport for the flight home.
